All jewelry is handcrafted by CH Design, using high quality materials. The main material is an epoxy resin, which is poured into a mold and then filled with dried flowers, pigments, glitters or silver flakes.

The resin is poured in several of layers depending on the design and depth of the frame. After the resin is fully cured, a small hole is drilled into the resin or attached to a jump ring, and then onto a keychain, or earring base. 

It's a timely process, as we make sure to place every individual flake, glitter, and flower by hand. This ensures an even dispersal of product in all items.

We like to take advantage that we are not a large company, so we don't mass produce. Every item is unique and only a few products are made at a time. 

Accessories however, are not handmade, but specially selected for CH Design. Most accessories will have a handmade touch, like a hand-poured zipper pull or our logo.

We make sure to use a high quality epoxy resin that is UV resistant. This means that it will not discolor in the sunlight. 

All of our jewelry is made using stainless steel hardware. Stainless steel will not tarnish / change color over time.

In the event that you wear your jewelry while showering, there is no cause for immediate concern. Nonetheless, it is worth noting that resin and water do not have a favorable long-term relationship. For optimal preservation, it is advised to avoid exposing your jewelry to water.

All of our jewelry is made using stainless steel hardware. Stainless steel is nickel free and hypo-allergenic, so it is suitable for those with sensitive skin.

The processing time is how long it takes for us to design and create products.

Most items are ready made and don't have a processing time.

Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks.

We hope that you love your CH Design products(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept returns on hygiene products such as earrings. We also do not accept returns on:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale
• Gift Vouchers

Make sure you choose an appropriate shipping box / bubble mailer for your return to prevent the content(s) from being damaged while in transit. You may arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize – you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.
